Professional therapeutic support to help you through life’s tough moments
Delivered by a compassionate and very experienced Clinical Psychologist (retired) Tea and Sympathy offers everything from a listening ear when you just want to get things off your chest, through to structured therapy – you decide where we start and how we progress. We can even provide a cuppa to help things along.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings and supporting countless individuals facing challenges such as anxiety and depression, loss and grief, health issues, chronic pain, relationship strains, and workplace difficulties to name a few. The experiences I’ve shared with these people constantly remind me just how important it is to offer compassion and understanding.
I believe there is no “one size fits all,” so we have various strategies and techniques and can decide together what works for you.
We’ll start with finding out what is troubling you at the moment, giving you time to talk things through at your pace. Then we discuss how we might work together and come up with some ideas for you to try.
Sessions can range from one off “offloading” sessions to ongoing regular slots. These can be booked and paid for individually or as a block of 6 (see fees below)
